~RARE!~ 1 QUARTZ Crystal Skull BEAD - 2mm hole - Only a few left!
This is listing is for one Quartz Crystal skull bead. The photo shows several to give you an idea of the overall quality of the material. I only have a few left in this larger, more detailed, carving style. It is no longer being carved. The exact clarity levels and patterns/inclusions present vary from piece to piece - but all are nice. Some even have tiny Chlorite inclusions! These are brand new - super cool! Each one is hand made, so are just slightly different. Make pendants, earrings, bracelets, etc. Drilled from side to side, with an approx. 2mm hole.
Each measures approx. 3/4" high and 3/4" long.
A nice size to play with - affordable and unique, these make a great addition to your collection or a gift for anyone interested in crystal skulls or crystal healing work. It can be used to make jewelry, put in a sacred arrangement, or use as a pocket stone. Photos don't show how nice these little guys are in person!
Quartz is often said to be the crystal or "stone" that everyone needs to start with. Quartz is the most recognized type of crystal and is what many people think of when they hear the word crystal, although there are many, many different types of crystals in all kinds of stones.
Quartz can be as clear as ice (ancients called quartz ‘Holy Ice’ and thought that it came from the heavens) or milky white.
It can have inclusions, veils, bubbles, unusual formations, etc. Clarity is not important for the energetic quality of a quartz crystal, and in fact, inclusions and impurities can make the crystal much more energetic, and increase its ability to store and amplify subtle energies. Without a few 'imperfections, the energy is often not as intense. Lab crystals are grown with impurities on purpose, and depending on the type and placement, those impurities will change the frequency that the crystal oscillates/vibrates at.
Quartz in any form is a powerful stone. Quartz can store energy, amplify it, focus it, transmit it, transform it, balance it, absorb it… Various types and formations are better for some things than others.
Quartz has long been used to direct and amplify thoughts and intentions. All thoughts are a form of energy and strong intentions will shape and affect subtle energies. Because of this, quartz can be useful for healing work, meditation, protection, and manifesting and channeling.
Quartz is thought to store information of all types and make it available again for retrieval. The idea behind this is that information is simply another form: an energy pattern. Quartz may be held directly on the third eye to increase clairvoyance abilities: help with the clarity of a vision.
Indigenous Healers. Medicine people and other crystal healers use quartz to perceive and communicate with Higher Beings, other realms, in dream work, for scrying or crystal gazing, perceiving Devas (Nature Spirits) and other kinds of spirits.
In the right hands, Quartz may be used to dispel and clear negative energies. For example, Tabular or 'flat' quartz is used to protect against harmful vibrations and even a directed psychic attack. It absorbs the dark energy and must be cleared regularly.
In Crystal Healing, Quartz is said to be effective for chronic fatigue, arthritis, depression, bone ailments and gastrointestinal troubles. It is also used to improve mental and physical stamina.
Clear quartz is associated with the crown Chakra, but in the hands of someone skilled and focused, may also be used to energize all of the Chakras.
Native legends speak of crystal skulls as an inheritance from ancient times. Said to “talk and sing” they are believed to carry messages for all mankind, including what may be discovered when we overcome our fear of death.
The first layer you encounter when working with any skull, including Synergy, is "to remember." This is the first layer - and this layer has many other layers within it. What you are to called to remember is who you really are. It's so easy to get caught up in the daily things and forget that each life is short and sweet, even with the difficulties.
